Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred, but not required.

Special Knowledge/Skils:

Knowledge of computer network, hardware, and software applications

Knowledge of computer applications development and implementation 

Ability to manage budget and personnel; coordinate district function; implement policy and procedure

Ability to organize and plan infrastructure

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to interpret data

Experience: 

Prefer experience in supervision and management of an information systems department
